Swimmerama Fun day

Last Friday our whole school went to the pools in Panmure. We left at 9.30. We had to take our lunch. The classes that went to the pools are  1, 2 ,3 ,4 ,5 ,6, 7 ,8, 9 and 10 .We went with our buddy classes. Room 7’s was Room 10. The seniors have to look after the juniors in case they drown. We had lunch then the teachers told us to hop back on the bus to go back to school at 2.00. We all had such a fun day swimming in the clear cold water, playing games and a free sausage sizzle!!

2. Through working together we create a class community, this is the Māori concept of whanaungatanga.

t 4. Strength and courage can be shown by taking a chance and trying new things.  The Māori word for strength is  kaha.

5.  We  show respect when we listen to others, show regard for others and value different ideas.

My Weekend

MY WEEKEND I went to my Nana’s house. I had fun at my nana’s house . It was fun because I watched my sister playing Tag . After church, we came home with my sister. When I got home, I was tired so I went to sleep. The next day we went to see my in cousin in hospital. He is having an operation.
