Narrative Writing

This is the narrative story that Kereama, Loni, Marsel, Cavhyon and Kraven all wrote together based on our sea description writing.

Terry the Turtle and Cleo Clownfish.

Cleo wants to go to the concert to see Miley Starfish.

In the morning before lunch.

This narrative story takes place at the bottom of the ocean in Bikini Bottom at a high school.

The cause of this problem is that Cleo wants to ditch school and go to Miley Starfish’s concert.

Cleo the Clown Fish is feeling excited and happy because she wants to go to  Miley Starfish’s concert, Terry the turtle is feeling upset because he doesn't want Cleo to go to the Miley Starfish concert he wants her to stay at school and make the right choice.

Cleo sneaks out of school anyway, leaving Terry behind wondering why she is going. He feels sad and doesn’t know whether to tell his teacher or not. He doesn’t want to tell on his best friend but he doesn’t want to see her get into even bigger trouble if she gets caught.
He slowly walks to his classroom deciding he has to tell an adult, when all of a sudden, Cleo slaps him on the shell, smiling. Terry is surprised to see her and she tells him that he was right and she can’t ditch school, she doesn’t want to disappoint her family.
They walk into class together still being the best of best friends.

The problem is solved by Cleo the Clown Fish coming back to school and not going to Miley Starfish’s concert
she wants to wait until she is older,  Terry is happy that she came to the right decision and stayed at school.

Creatures of the sea.

This is my presentation of creatures that live in the sea. We need to look after them so they can live for a long time.

Why the sea is important to me

The sea is important to look after because it provides us with food and is home to many wonderful and amazing sea creatures.

The sea is also important to a lot of other things, travelling, swimming, fishing, exploring and discovering to name just a few. Islands and villages who live on the coast of an ocean really rely on the sea as its main food source. The ocean can heal you as well if you have cuts or scrapes on your body, it has been said to swim in the ocean, the salt in the water will work wonders.
There are fisherman out there that kill  our Whales and Dolphins for food, oil and their bodies. It affects others by making other people angry at the total disrespect of these beautiful, harmless animals Organisations like Greenpeace are fighting the fight for all us.

So in conclusion the ocean is a very important asset. The sea plays an important part in many lives and in  many different ways for food, travel exploring  and just  for the sheer beauty of it. The sea it is a magnificent thing, I would be so sad if we destroyed the ocean with our
pollution and killing of harmless animals.
We need to look after our oceans, for future generations.

This piece of writing is about how important the ocean is to us.
